2. Description of Service

Cleep is an AI-powered content generation platform that allows users to create images, videos, speech, and other multimedia content using artificial intelligence technology.

Our Service includes integration with third-party platforms, including YouTube, for content publishing purposes.

3. YouTube API Services

Our Service uses YouTube API Services to enable video uploads to your YouTube channel. By using this feature, you agree to the following:

• You are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service
• Your use of YouTube features is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy

Your Responsibilities When Uploading to YouTube:

• You certify that the content you upload complies with YouTube's Terms of Service, including the YouTube Community Guidelines
• You will not violate copyrights or privacy rights of others
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload through our Service
• You have all necessary rights and permissions to upload the content

Revoking Access:

You can revoke our access to your YouTube account at any time through the Google Security Settings page. Revoking access will prevent future uploads but will not affect videos already uploaded to your channel.

4. User Account

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Prohibited Content Policy

To ensure a safe and responsible use of our AI systems, the following categories of content are strictly prohibited. By using this service, you agree not to create, upload, request, or distribute any material that falls into these categories:

4.1 Illegal or Unlawful Activity

• Any content that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Promotion, planning, or depiction of criminal acts, including hacking, terrorism, drug trafficking, or human exploitation.

4.2 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Exploitation

• Any sexualized, suggestive, or abusive depiction of minors (real or fictional).
• Attempts to create, share, or describe content that involves the exploitation or harm of children.

4.3 Violence and Gore

• Graphic depictions or encouragement of extreme violence, torture, or bodily harm.
• Instructions or glorification of self-harm, suicide, or violent acts against others.

4.4 Hate Speech and Harassment

• Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected attributes.
• Bullying, harassment, or doxxing of individuals or groups.

4.5 Adult or Pornographic Material

• Explicit sexual content or pornography.
• Non-consensual or simulated sexual activity involving real individuals.
• Attempts to generate sexual deepfakes or sexually suggestive material of any identifiable person.

4.6 Misleading or Harmful Misinformation

• Content that spreads false information intended to deceive, manipulate, or cause harm.
• Medical, financial, or legal misinformation presented as factual advice.
• Impersonation of individuals, brands, or organizations with the intent to mislead.

4.7 Intellectual Property Violations

• Generation or distribution of content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary data.
• Unauthorized use of logos, likenesses, or brand assets.

4.8 Privacy Violations

• Content that exposes or attempts to expose private, personal, or confidential information about individuals.
• Creation of deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive or harm identifiable persons.

4.9 Malicious or Technological Abuse

• Attempts to create or distribute malware, phishing materials, or security exploits.
• Use of the AI to automate spam, surveillance, or other intrusive behaviors.

4.10 Sensitive or Regulated Information

• Generation of official documents (e.g., IDs, passports, medical records).
• Financial, biometric, or government-classified data.

6. Enforcement and Violations

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any content that violates this Prohibited Content Policy. Violations may result in:

• Immediate content removal
• Account suspension or termination
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities where applicable
• Legal action for damages or injunctive relief

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and store your content to provide the Service.

Generated Content: Content generated by our AI models may be subject to usage rights as described in our specific model documentation. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Our Service: All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including our AI models, software, and technology, remain our exclusive property.

8. Credits and Payment

The Service operates on a credit-based system. You must purchase credits to generate content.

• Credits are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our Refund Policy
• Credits do not expire unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
