1. General Refund Policy
At Cleep, we strive to provide high-quality AI-powered content generation services. Due to the nature of digital services and the computational resources required, credits are generally non-refundable once purchased.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
We may offer refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase
- Service Failure: If our platform experienced extended downtime preventing you from using purchased credits
- Technical Errors: If credits were deducted due to a technical error on our end without generating content
- Unauthorized Purchase: If your account was compromised and unauthorized purchases were made
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with generated content quality (AI results may vary)
- Credits partially used before refund request
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

- Provide Details: Include your account email, transaction ID, purchase date, and reason for refund
- Review Period: We will review your request within 3-5 business days
- Decision: You will receive an email with our decision and next steps
5. Refund Timeline
If your refund is approved:
- Processing time: 3-5 business days
- Refund to original payment method: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank/card provider)
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, we may permanently suspend your account. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing disputes.
7. Credit Expiration
Credits purchased through Cleep do not expire unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. However, accounts inactive for more than 12 months may have their credits forfeited, with advance notice.
8. Subscription Cancellation
If you have a subscription plan:
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No prorated refunds for partial months
- Unused credits from your subscription may be forfeited upon cancellation
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
